At Lains, we don't just teach you how to lead; we dismantle self limiting mindset and prepare you for achievement. This is important considering the global market is now very fluid and volatile. Major entities who failed to adapt have since fallen aside. In Zimbabwe currently one major retail outlet was put on Coroporate Rescue after failing to service its debtors. This has put the lives of over 2400 employees and families at risk. The International Monetary Fund has a whole list of some countries who are failing to honour their dues to it. Of late the South African Rand and Zambian Kwacha has been gaining against the United States Dollar thus bring with it dynamics on International Trade.

We also hold cohort workshops (2–3 hours). In some instances NGO, church, or community based sessions are done if called to do so. In all these we use the conversational and structured formats.
